The hotel had a good location being close to the business district and some tourist attractions within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, with a good selection of pastries and fruits. It was great to have free Wi-Fi in the room which worked without any issues.
The hotel service was poor, the staff was not friendly and didn't seem eager to assist us with any requests. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, there was dust and hair on the floor and the sheets had a stale smell.

We were disappointed by the poor service, outdated facilities and lack of hospitality. Despite the positive reviews on location, we found ourselves in a subpar environment. Our room was small, the bathroom was unclean and the breakfast was minimal.
The disappointment continued as we were charged for complementary water. This left us feeling taken advantage of and frustrated.

the hotel had a comfortable bed and shower, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the hotel also had a nice rooftop area where you could relax and enjoy the views. the hotel was reasonably priced, which made it a great value for budget-conscious travelers.
the staff was not very helpful or friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better.
